Consequences in case of violation / non – compliances of FSSR requirements:

An improvement notice is served to the FBO to take appropriate measures within a reasonable period to achieve compliance

Initially License is suspended but later the license is cancelled in case of failure to comply with the improvement notice.

Punishment with either imprisonment or fine

Penalty ranging from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 10 lakh depending on the offence.
